Information you choose to provide
The homepage inquiry and curriculum download forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, optional organisation, and program or inquiry details. With your consent, the form opens a prepared WhatsApp message addressed only to EngineersCompass at +91 63033 46945. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to transmit the message; the website cannot confirm that you sent it. EngineersCompass uses received details to answer your inquiry and contact you about the selected program or service. The forms do not email these details or submit them to the former website inquiry endpoint. Curriculum PDFs become available after you complete the download form. WhatsApp/Meta processes messages under its own privacy policy. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.
Search and browser behavior
The site search matches text against a local list of sections in your browser. This version does not send those search terms to an analytics or search service. Browser navigation and email handling are also subject to your device and application settings.
Hosting and third-party resources
When the website is hosted, the hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to deliver and secure the site. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from jsDelivr and some brand images from EngineersCompass URLs. Loading those resources sends ordinary network request information to their providers. Linked social platforms, the student login portal and your email provider operate under their own policies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This public-page build does not include analytics tags or an ad-serving script, and its site search does not set tracking cookies. An AdSense account verification meta tag and an ads.txt declaration do not themselves serve ads. If Google advertising is enabled later, Google and its partners may place and read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses to deliver, measure and, where permitted, personalize advertising. The advertising setup and consent choices must be configured before that change is made.

Children and school inquiries
School programs are described for learners and their families. A parent, guardian or authorized institution representative should handle inquiries involving a minor. Avoid sending a child's personal records through the general inquiry form. Child-directed services and any advertising on them require separate assessment before ads or tracking are enabled.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
Contact info@engineerscompass.com to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough context to identify your inquiry without supplying additional sensitive information. How a request is handled depends on the information involved and any applicable obligations.
Changes
This notice should be updated when the website's forms, hosting, tracking or advertising practices change. Contact the team if you have a privacy question about a particular service.
