ENGINEERSCOMPASS / PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Websites & Web Applications

Turn your online presence into a useful customer journey.

Company websites, college websites and web applications need more than attractive screens. We plan the content, navigation and actions around the people using them.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD

Features shaped around your requirements.

These are possible areas of scope. The final proposal defines exactly what is included, who provides each dependency and what counts as accepted delivery.

01

Business and college websites

Clear information architecture, service/course pages and a direct inquiry journey.

02

Responsive interfaces

Layouts adapted to phones, tablets and desktops, with readable text and usable forms.

03

Content management & integrations

An agreed editing workflow, forms, third-party connections or administration where required.

04

Search foundations

Descriptive page metadata, internal links, sitemap and crawlable content; rankings are not guaranteed.

HOW ENGINEERSCOMPASS WORKS

A professional process, from brief to handover.

  1. Discover & define

Understand users, workflows, existing systems and constraints. Agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and milestones in writing.

  2. Design & review

Map the experience and data flows. Review the proposed structure, key screens or campaign plan before moving into implementation.

  3. Build & validate

Implement in reviewable stages. Check key journeys, permissions, failure states and agreed acceptance criteria with stakeholder feedback.

  4. Release & hand over

Prepare agreed deployment or launch steps, account access and documentation. Confirm support responsibilities and how future changes are handled.

QUALITY & ACCEPTANCE

What a review should cover

We agree checks appropriate to your project: core workflows, input validation, access permissions, mobile usability, error handling and the accuracy of outputs. Any performance, security or device requirements should be defined in the scope and verified against that scope.

You review the agreed deliverables before acceptance. Known limitations and outstanding changes should be documented rather than hidden.

DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

What you receive

Sitemap, page designs, responsive implementation, agreed form workflows, testing notes and handover instructions.

Hosting, domains, source-code rights, third-party accounts, data ownership, maintenance and warranty/support terms are confirmed in the proposal. A website description is not a substitute for the signed project scope.

TIMELINE & INVESTMENT

A realistic plan for your scope

Timing and cost depend on features, integrations, content readiness, data migration and review cycles. We discuss dependencies and milestones after discovery; this page does not promise a fixed delivery date or a one-price package.

Support arrangements should define response expectations, bug fixes, upgrades, backups and ongoing costs where applicable.

BEFORE OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Bring the right questions

  • Who is the audience, and what should they do?
  • Which content, photographs and brand assets are available?
  • Do staff need an admin panel or regular content updates?

A short brief helps us identify the right first release and avoid unnecessary features.

YOUR PROJECT STARTS WITH CLARITY

Let’s understand what you need.

Tell us about your users, the problem and the outcome you want to achieve.
