ENGINEERSCOMPASS / PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Digital Marketing Services

Paid campaigns and organic reach, working together.

We define an audience, a practical goal and a measurement approach before planning channels. Our delivery record includes five digital marketing engagements; the right plan depends on your business and available resources.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD

Features shaped around your requirements.

These are possible areas of scope. The final proposal defines exactly what is included, who provides each dependency and what counts as accepted delivery.

01

Strategy & audience

Goals, positioning, audience needs and channel priorities.

02

Content & organic presence

A content approach, publishing responsibilities and organic discovery improvements.

03

Paid campaign planning

Campaign structure, creative, audiences and budgets approved before spend.

04

Measurement & review

Agreed reporting, conversion assumptions and recommendations based on available evidence.

HOW ENGINEERSCOMPASS WORKS

A professional process, from brief to handover.

  1. Discover & define

Understand users, workflows, existing systems and constraints. Agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and milestones in writing.

  2. Design & review

Map the experience and data flows. Review the proposed structure, key screens or campaign plan before moving into implementation.

  3. Build & validate

Implement in reviewable stages. Check key journeys, permissions, failure states and agreed acceptance criteria with stakeholder feedback.

  4. Release & hand over

Prepare agreed deployment or launch steps, account access and documentation. Confirm support responsibilities and how future changes are handled.

QUALITY & ACCEPTANCE

What a review should cover

We agree checks appropriate to your project: core workflows, input validation, access permissions, mobile usability, error handling and the accuracy of outputs. Any performance, security or device requirements should be defined in the scope and verified against that scope.

You review the agreed deliverables before acceptance. Known limitations and outstanding changes should be documented rather than hidden.

DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

What you receive

An agreed strategy and execution scope, creative/content deliverables and reporting plan. Advertising budgets, platform charges and production needs are specified separately; reach, ranking and sales are not guaranteed.

Hosting, domains, source-code rights, third-party accounts, data ownership, maintenance and warranty/support terms are confirmed in the proposal. A website description is not a substitute for the signed project scope.

TIMELINE & INVESTMENT

A realistic plan for your scope

Timing and cost depend on features, integrations, content readiness, data migration and review cycles. We discuss dependencies and milestones after discovery; this page does not promise a fixed delivery date or a one-price package.

Support arrangements should define response expectations, bug fixes, upgrades, backups and ongoing costs where applicable.

BEFORE OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Bring the right questions

  • What action should your audience take?
  • What brand assets and website destinations are ready?
  • What budget, approval process and reporting cadence suit your team?

A short brief helps us identify the right first release and avoid unnecessary features.

YOUR PROJECT STARTS WITH CLARITY

Let’s understand what you need.

Tell us about your users, the problem and the outcome you want to achieve.
